#Kinect for Windows has a release date

Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer recently did their CES Keynote on Monday night, here in Las Vegas. After it was all over, he did his normal interview routine and let something slip that wasn’t previously announced. The upcoming Kinect for Windows will be released on 2/1/12, which is 3-weeks away! As far as pricing goes, here’s where it kinda hurts. The PC Kinect will cost $250! Microsoft’s justification of this is that the Kinect for Windows is more than a device for gaming. It will include a software development kit, which will aid in creating new content, and adding Kinect functionality for existing software.
